Evaluations - General Physicals
Sweetwater Medical Associates is your source for sports and school physicals for children age five and older. We will examine your child and provide the necessary documentation for your child’s school records or medical clearance for participation in sports.
We also conduct general physical examinations for adults. Yearly adult physical examinations are important to help ensure that your health is at its best.
